Service Description

My 60 minute sound bath sessions begin by scrubbing the room with natural Pangi seed wind chimes and Taoist Feng Shui bells. I use crystal singing bowls and Tibetan bowls to sound consonant perfect 4ths and 5ths, as well as octaves to create a feeling of openness in your body and mind. To ensure stability and sweetness, you will experience major and minor thirds. Major and minor sixths add a sense of the vastness of our consciousness. The dissonant 2nds and 7ths are used to break energy blockages between and within the Koshas themselves. All of these consonant sounds can be interspersed with Om, Native American flutes, West African Drums, and mantra chanting. I may also use a steel tongue drum (modern version of the Aztec log drum), harmonium (box organ from the Indian Subcontinent), or the acoustic guitar in the session. Instrumentation depends on the purpose of the sound immersion and the listening tastes of the participants.
